How long before I receive my order?
If necessary, Birth Announcements can be ready for shipping or pickup in 24-48 hours. Although we will do our best to get all orders out right away, we ask that you allow fourteen business days from the time your order is placed. NO ORDER WILL BE SENT OUT WITHOUT APPROVAL OF A FINAL PROOF, THEREFORE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU VIEW YOUR PROOF AND GET BACK TO US AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Although once your design is approved, we do our best to get orders sent out in a timely fashion, we ask that you allow seven business days to receive your order. RUSH ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE ORDERS THAT ARE NEEDED WITHIN SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE THE ORDER IS PLACED. RUSH ORDERS WILL BE CHARGE A $15.00 RUSH FEE, AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXPRESS GUARANTEED DELIVERY (if necessary).
EXPRESS GUARANTEED DELIVERY IS THE ONLY SHIPPING METHOD THAT GUARANTEES YOUR DELIVERY DATE. ALL ORDERS ARE SENT PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 DAYS - NOT GUARANTEED), UNLESS YOU REQUEST OTHERWISE. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR GUARANTEED SHIPPING .
We are not responsible for your package or delivery, once we leave it at the Post Office. Therefore use your judgment regarding what shipping method you prefer. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

If I see a design I like that's in a different category, or a different color, can it be altered for my specific event.
The answer is yes! If the changes are minimal, for example, changing the title on an Anniversary wrapper to read "Our Wedding Day", and or changing some other words or phrases that appear on the actual sample, there is no additional charge. There is also no additional charge for changing a background color (example - pink for a girl to blue for a boy). If there are several changes that you would like made, such as to the layout, or perhaps mixing and matching pictures from more than one sample, it can be done, however an additional customization charge of $5.00 may or may not apply. Please contact us and let us know what changes you would like; we will let you know if any additional charge applies before you place your order.
Can I put a photo on any design?
When we say customize, we mean it. Photographs can be put on bars for any occasions (up to two photos on certain wrapper designs). What could be sweeter than a birth announcement with a photo of your new bundle of joy? Celebrating a birthday, getting old? Take friends back in time with a classic black & white baby photo on a birthday wrapper. There is an additional charge of $5.00 for adding one photograph and a $7.00 charge for adding two photographs. If e-mailing a photo, it must be in either jpeg, btmp, or tiff form only! A regular photograph can be mailed to us, and returned to you with your order.

Can I see a proof?
Absolutely! Once an order is placed, within 48 hours, a proof of your wrapper will be e-mailed to you. Once you view it, you can either call or e-mail us with any changes, or to let us know that your order is ready for printing.
No order will be printed or sent out until approved by you. We apologize for any inconvenience, but assure you this is the best way to avoid unnecessary errors and re-orders.
